Product Refund and Warranty

 Our products are made with natural woods that vary in colour from the images and also metals that may colour with age and exposure. The products all vary in colour and markings and the images may not be exactly showing the wood and metal variations in your individual product that you may receive. As we use natural spotted gum wood, each product has variations in colour, markings and detail of the wood which make each product unique.

If you wish to return your product, please ensure you do so within 14 days. The products must be unused, in original condition and packaging. You will also be responsible for shipping costs incurred both for delivery to you and for shipping back to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a full refund for the product less the cost of the original delivery shipping fees. No other refunds will be provided.

Warranty:

We at all times, comply with Australian Consumer law requirements with respect to all guarantees and warranties for our products.

Please be aware, due to the use of natural woods and metals in our products, when they are exposed to heat, sun, rain and other weather factors there may be warping, discolouration and variations that occur. This is normal for all wood and metal products. In addition, the wood in our products also may warp or be impacted due to age. For long term use and beauty, we recommend you follow the care and cleaning instructions to keep your products in the best possible condition.
