Our products, in particular the Firepit, must be installed and used according to the manufacturer instructions.

You are responsible for checking for any defects prior to use and to regularly testing for any loosening or instability of the product during use which may lead to injury, fire hazards or other damage. This product contains the potential of many hazards during use, including but not limited to, proximity to flames, smoke inhalation, sharp or dangerous items that may be accessible when using our product.

Except as expressly stated and to the full extent permitted by law, our products are provided ‘as is’ and on an ‘as available’ basis without any representation, warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We at all times abide by warranties required by Australian Consumer Law with respect to all other warranties and guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, terms and conditions and any duty of care which otherwise may arise or be imposed on EnvivoLiving Pty Ltd including any liability to any person in connection with the products which are hereby excluded.

Adult supervision is required at all times, you use our products with any children present, at your own risk. All children in the proximity while our products are being used should be well supervised and under the control of an adult.

We do not recommend any use of the product other than in accordance with our and any manufacturer instructions.

Warning: Our products are not meant be used by children, nor should children be unattended or unsupervised near any of our products whether the products are in use or not. Some of our products contain sharp edges and may pose serious risk for small children.

EnvivoLiving Pty Ltd, including its employees, directors, contractors and all third party affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party, directly or indirectly for any loss, liability, injury, damage, death or any claim which may arise from your use of our EnvivoLiving products or services used in accordance with the manufacturer instructions.
